Private/ Small Group Classes Offered:
Hatha YogaBecome stronger, more flexible, calmer and better balanced; Yoga promotes peace and vitality and it is proven to help support the mind & body connection. You will learn traditional yoga postures (asanas), and special deep breathing exercises (pranayama). This is a safe, yet active workout, suitable for all ages and levels.

Core PilatesStrengthen your abdominals and create the changes you want to see and feel in your body. This class combines the best of Pilates and toning exercises with a gentle full body stretch. Lengthen, strengthen and improve your posture, health and flexibility. You will be laying comfortably on the floor working on your core strength and back health. We provide mats, pillows, and Stretch Masters. Modifications will be offered for individual needs.

Dance TherapyDance Therapy helps process issues that may be blocking ones mental, emotional and//or physical well being. Dance Therapy is a proven method for coping with stress. It provides cognitive integration, aligning the mind, body and spirit. Since the beginning of time the power of dance has been used to reveal & heal. Dance Therapy is a vehicle through which we encounter ourselves & shape new possibilities. When we are given time to listen and feel deeply to the powerful intelligence of the body, to play and express, healing occurs. No previous dance experience is needed. Dance Therapy is suitable for all ages.
MeditationOur lives are driven by a series of activities and needs which can add considerable stress to our daily existence. You will be guided in meditation techniques designed to help, calm and support you with mental, emotional and physical relaxation. This meditation will provide clearer thinking and a more peaceful, positive outlook.
Children’s YogaChildren’s yoga is non-competitive classes that will help children feel more confident & positive as they develop strength, flexibility and balance. They will learn traditional asanas such as downward dog, triangle pose, tree and cobra. Your child will have the opportunity to gain a greater sense of self through body awareness while having fun. Each class ends with a guided relaxation journey.

Stretch and Tone!A tight muscle is a weak muscle. Flexibility is an important part of your total body fitness, affecting all your movement. No matter your age or lifestyle, you can improve your flexibility and core strength by practicing safe and effective exercises focusing on specific muscle groups. This is a non-competitive class for anyone wanting to move and feel better.
Body/Mind Boot CampTake the challenge now and sign up for this session that will help get you into shape as you focus on fitness. You will learn strengthening, stretching, fat burning exercises and special meditations to keep you focused on the results desired. Also included are healthy eating tips, designed to help lose weight, not muscle tone and gain energy! Be prepare to get measurements taken for weight & body fat %. You will receive a journal to keep track of your progress.
Polarity TherapyThe flow & balance of energy in the human body is the foundation of good health. When energy is unbalanced or fixed due to stress and other factors, pain & disease arise. Polarity Therapy finds blockages & releases energy to normal flow patterns & to maintain the energy field in an open, flexible condition.
Medical Qi QongThis 500 year old plus system of Chinese exercises help strengthen the immune system by focusing on a series of flowing, gentle movements desgined to increase blood flow to the organs and glands in the body. You will gain energy, sleep better and have a renewed sense of well being.
Teen PilatesThis class is inspirational and fun! It focuses on positive body awareness through strength, flexibility and core conditioning exercises. Your teen will develop better posture, coordination & self confidence as we combine guided imagery and relaxation techniques to help balance both mind and body.
